By Giani Siti Azhara  (1209624109) Music has a strong effect on people, especially teenagers, because it often becomes an important part of  their lives. It is a form of art made through sounds, beats, and rhythm, and many songs include  lyrics that express emotions and real-life experiences. These lyrics help the listeners feel understood, even if the songs are not about love. Simple, honest words can still make a big impact. Teenagers often face emotional changes and may struggle to express their feelings. They  might find it hard to talk about their problems, so they turn to music as a way to cope. Music  helps them connect with lyrics and melodies that reflect how they feel inside. As a result,  they feel less alone and more comforted. This is why music plays such an important role  during tough times especially among teenagers, it helps teenagers feel heard, safe, and supported.
